The December 2025 MBR deck is built: `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`. The build script checked every figure against the two source files and passed on the first run. It printed:

> December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 61 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json

The bullets I wrote, in `output/slide-map.json`:
- **Headline:** revenue of $827K was $3K over budget but ($72K) below November. Operating income was $8K, a ($5K) miss. Year to date, revenue is ($362K) and operating income ($195K) against budget. Four of eight KPIs are off target.
- **Drivers:** the three month lines (Other operating, Cost of goods sold, Technology) and year-to-date Revenue.
- **Watch list:** all four off-target KPIs. Days sales outstanding and On-time delivery percent have each missed for 3 months.

Two things a reader may ask about:
- **Gross margin looks contradictory between two slides.** The KPI slide marks it on target: 26.1% against a 26.0% target. The P&L slide shows a (0.7) pts miss against a 26.8% budget. The scorecard's target is not the same number as the P&L budget. Whoever owns the scorecard targets would need to explain why.
- **Some figures don't add up exactly because each is rounded on its own.** The deck prints the P&L rounding note under the table. The scorecard has a matching note: Opex percent of revenue shows a 0.1 pts variance for 25.1% against 25.3%.
