I built the December 2025 MBR deck: `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`. The build script printed:

> December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 64 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json

I wrote the slide plan in `output/slide-map.json`. The house brand file sets the colours, fonts and footer.

- **Headline:** Operating income was $8K against a $13K budget, a variance of ($5K). Revenue was $827K, $3K above budget, but changed by ($72K) from November. Gross margin was 26.1% against a 26.8% budget. Year-to-date revenue was $11,238K, a variance of ($362K), and 4 of 8 KPIs are off target.
- **Drivers:** Other operating ($6K), Cost of goods sold ($6K) and Technology $4K in the month, plus Revenue ($362K) for the year to date.
- **Watch list:** Days sales outstanding and On-time delivery percent have each been off target for 3 months. Active customers has been off for 2 months and Inventory turns for 1.

**Check before you circulate it:** gross margin is 26.1% in both files but is measured against two different bars.
- **P&L slide:** against the 26.8% budget, a miss of (0.7) pts.
- **KPI scorecard slide:** against a 26.0% KPI target, marked "on target".

The deck shows both as the two files give them; I didn't change either figure. If the KPI target should match the budget, the KPI target data needs fixing and the scorecard needs to be re-run.

The P&L slide carries the source file's note that rounded rows don't add exactly in the month.
