The December 2025 MBR deck is built, and every figure in it checks against the scorecard and MBR files.

- **Deck:** `output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx`
- **Script output:** "December 2025 deck: 6 slides, 63 figures, every one from a source. Wrote output/IS_MBR_2025-12.pptx and output/deck.json"
- **Slide map:** `output/slide-map.json`

The slide titles, tables and order follow the house format. The bullets on three slides were my choice:

- **Headline:** revenue was $827K against a $824K budget, a variance of $3K; the change on the prior month was ($72K). Operating income was $8K against $13K budget, a variance of ($5K). Year to date, revenue variance is ($362K) and operating income variance is ($195K). 4 of 8 KPIs are off target; Days sales outstanding and On-time delivery percent have each missed for 3 months.
- **Drivers:** I used four of the six line variances in the MBR file, all unfavourable. For the month: Other operating ($6K) and Cost of goods sold ($6K). For the year to date: Revenue ($362K) and Salaries and wages ($38K). I left out the two favourable ones, Technology $4K for the month and Cost of goods sold $196K for the year to date. If you'd rather show both directions, I can swap them in.
- **Watch list:** all four off-target KPIs, with how many months each has missed.

Some December P&L rows don't add exactly because each amount is rounded on its own. The script prints the MBR file's note on this under the P&L table.
