I haven't written `output/ttm-note.md`. The budget-vs-actual script can't produce a trailing-twelve-month view, and the pack rules don't let me work around that.

- **What the script does:** `scripts/bva.py` reports one month and the calendar year to date, using only periods in the same calendar year as the month. For `--period 2025-06` it would cover January to June 2025. The July to December 2024 months in `pnl_fy2024.csv` would be left out.
- **Why I can't fill the gap:** A TTM figure for July 2024 to June 2025 means adding up months across the two files. The pack requires every figure to come from the script, so I can't add the months myself. The script's reconciliation checks also don't cover a TTM window.
- **Why I didn't filter the data:** Relabelling the rows to fool the year grouping would produce figures the skill wasn't built or checked for.

Which of these would you like?

1. **Year to date to June 2025:** I run the standard note for January to June 2025 from `pnl_fy2025.csv`. It is a six-month view, not TTM.
2. **TTM script support:** You or someone who owns the pack adds a TTM option to `bva.py`, with the same reconciliation checks. I then write the note from its output.
3. **Two notes:** One for the full year to December 2024, and one for the year to date to June 2025. The two are separate views, not a TTM figure.
